Return and Refund Policy:

 

1. Policy Overview:

   - Capture the Crown boutique has a strict no refund policy for all sales.

   - For in-person deliveries, no refunds will be issued once customers leave with the item(s).

 

2. Mailing and Insurance:

   - All items will be mailed with tracking will be insured to ensure their safe delivery.

 

3. Items Delivered Damaged:

   - Customers must notify us of any damage within 12 hours of receiving the item(s).

   - Photos of the damage must be included in the notification.

 

4. Final Sale Items:

   - Discounted/sale items and resale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

 

5. Refund Method:

   - If a return is granted due to delivery damage, it will be in the form of store credit or a replacement of the merchandise only.

   - Cash or credit refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

 

6. Customer Responsibility:

   - Customers are advised to read all descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

   - Contact us with questions prior to purchasing if the information is not contained in the description. 

   - Colors may appear differently on screens. Please keep this in mind when making your selections.
